If I am on the lam, then I would hire local native speakers to tutor me for Spanish and to interpret while I am "on the go". I would "disappear" from the internet, physically destroy my devices, close accounts and subscriptions. Disappear completely from the internet; ditch cellphones (use burner phones); use burner (i.e., non-rechargeable gift) debit cards and cash, gold, silver; learn how to ghost. When using the internet, always use as much digital protection as possible, such as VPN or Tor and Linux, to avoid being identified as an affiliate of any resistance movement. If you can't hold it in your hand, then you don't own it, like physical gold and silver, or cryptocurrency secret keys. Learn anonymous Cryptocurrency, especially untraceable Monero [XMR]. Bitcoin is fully traceable (that's how BTC ransom scammers were caught); avoid it. I would liquidate my assets and then convert to multiple anonymous Monero [XMR] wallets with differing amounts and differing uses to avoid correlation tracking. I would use anonymous software crypto (Monero) wallets in the cloud, instead of hardware wallets in my pocket. (Carrying hardware wallets is too vulnerable to theft, confiscation, and damage when on the lam.) *The fewer things that you own, the fewer things that own you.* From the USA, I would travel privately by land into Mexico tourist destinations (USA Airports are too dangerous because of the CIA Cell Site Simulators infecting cellphones). I would buy (with cash) real burner phones and "burner" (non-rechargeable gift) debit cards in Mexico, not the USA spyware phones or cards. I don't trust international calling cards bought or made in the US; they are not safe for anonymity or privacy. Then go privately to Honduras by land or boat; small aircraft are too dangerous because of interdiction by "law enforcement". Then go privately down to South America. Probably go to Ecuador, Chile, or Colombia. Plenty of American expats own farms in southern Chile who will rent a weekly furnished bedroom to an expat without papers (no KYC or AML issues). Then go to Uruguay (or Paraguay), I would follow the minimum requirements for the Uruguay (or Paraguay) passport, while laying low, earning income from anonymous online gigs, subletting rental properties, and "cash" jobs. Then go back to Ecuador or Chile or Colombia for permanent residency on my Uruguay passport, and Uruguay currently does not tax foreign sources of income, unlike the United States. (I like the Pacific side of South America more than the Atlantic side.) 1. Find (i.e., pay) native citizen(s) to open and maintain a new bank account for me, to bypass FATCA nonsense until I have a non-USA passport. 2. Create an online alter ego for income for creating digital content, like RUclips videos and Kindle e-books. 3. Buy a local business, such as a bar & grill with upstairs or adjoining building for residential apartments, from a retiring owner. Live in one of the apartments and manage the businesses (bought with seller financing). As for disguises, I would trim or shave my scalp & facial hair, and then use wigs & fake beards to change hairstyle and color, fake noses & ears, change my walking gait. No real tattoos (use concealer make-up on the existing tattoos), but maybe a few fake tattoos that wash off or peel off. Over-sized sunglasses and hats, nothing too showy or attracting attention to avoid facial recognition surveillance cameras. The eyewear would have retina obfuscation to defeat surveillance camera recognition. 4. An alternative is to buy, with seller financing, an RV park to minimize dependency on employees. 5. I would renounce USA citizenship as soon as I have 2 passports from non-USA jurisdictions. 6. I would be flexible by continuing to get more passports, because immigration laws can change, and foreigners are always the first to be targeted by politicians. Motivated or distressed owners will very often let you take over the management of their property with no down payment; just make their payments and repairs, and then you're set. Often, contractual control is superior to the risk of ownership, and you're earning a fair living while you are waiting out the clock to acquire citizenship. Your homeland is an accident of birth. You don't owe it anything.
